About Rico Hub

Rico Hub is an internal business operations and analytics system used by Golden Rich. It is not a public service: the application itself is available only to authorized users.

Google integration

The Google integration is used by Rico Hub’s T&T Customer Intelligence module. With the mailbox owner’s authorization, it connects to an authorized Gmail mailbox to read T&T purchase-order emails and their PDF attachments.

Read-only access

Access is read-only. Rico Hub does not send, modify, delete, archive or label Gmail messages, and does not otherwise change the mailbox.

How the data is used

Retrieved purchase-order information is used to maintain:

• purchase-order history;
• customer analytics;
• data completeness checks;
• revision and cancellation tracking;
• account reporting.

Access and credentials

The resulting information is available only to authorized users of Rico Hub. Google OAuth credentials are stored privately and are not exposed through this page.
